Helpful account information
We get it. You don’t always want to send an email if you have a question about your account. So here are the answers to some commonly asked questions:
- How do I create an account?
- When you submit your first request, your account is automatically set up for you.
- How do I log out of my account?
- Click on the gear in the bottom left corner of your chat dashboard—this will take you to your account settings. Here you’ll see the option to logout of your account. You can also click here - this will automatically log you out of your account.
- How do I reset my password?
- Head over to the login page and click “Forgot your password?” We’ll send you a verification code to enter on Lorem to allow you to create a new one!
- How do I update my billing information?
- To update your payment method head over to your Lorem chat dashboard. Click on the gear in the bottom left—this will take you to your account settings. Here you’ll see the option to update your payment details!
